1. Take the Goddess Mindset Mission

2. Journal prompt: What does it really mean to find balance, bliss and brilliance in the facet of Money & Finance?
The facet of Money & Finance is all about self-worth and creating abundance. Take time this month to journal and explore what it means to create harmony, happiness and fulfilment within this area of life.
3. Work with Citrine
Citrine is a high vibrational stone that has the power to cleanse and energise our auras and external environments. It is also great for charging other crystals too. Because of its ability to simultaneously spark creativity within the sacral chakra, whilst also igniting the will of the solar plexus, it is a great stone to work with if you want to create more abundance within your life.
4. Create your own affirmation audio
An affirmation audio is a recorded audio of affirmations. Listening to affirmations is a powerful way to connect with them, especially when you are hearing them in your own voice. All you need to get started is a voice recorder (which can be found on most smartphones, computers or tablets), and a list of the affirmations that you want to include. Once recorded, try adding them as part of your daily routine.
5. Make an abundance list
When we are faced with challenges it can be easy to forget about all of the blessings that we have. So, make time this month to write a list of everything in your life that makes you feel abundant. Remember, that whilst abundance does relate to what we have, it isn’t just about money and financial wealth. Look at every facet of your life and identify the ways in abundance has manifested. Once you have completed your list put it somewhere that you can see it.
6. Affirmation: “I give myself permission to invest in myself”
Spend a few minutes each day repeating the affirmation to yourself. Notice any feelings that come up for you. Do you struggle to give yourself permission to invest in yourself?

7. Try one minute meditation
Meditation is a powerful tool, but so many people struggle to implement it into their lives. There are some big misconceptions about meditation and the correct way to do it. One of these is that we must meditate for long periods of time in order for it to be effective. If all you can commit to is 60 seconds at a time then that’s still great. A minute of mindful breathing can be really beneficial when you are experiencing stress or overwhelm. This month start implementing just a minute at a time and see how your practice unfolds.
8. Check out the She Means Business Podcast
The She Means Business Show is a weekly business podcast hosted by Carrie Green from the Female Entrepreneur Association. Whether you are thinking of starting a business or already have one, this is a great resource for both new and seasoned entrepreneurs alike.
9. Try a crystal chakra healing session
A chakra crystal healing session is a great way to rebalance the 7 main chakras. It involves laying down horizontally whilst placing corresponding crystals onto each of the chakra points for at least half an hour. See our Crystal Cavern for more information on crystals and their properties.
