At the heart (or head) of every Goddess is her magical mindset; one that shapes and supports the lifestyle she wants and deserves. You see, how we think and feel plays a crucial role in the experiences we have, which is why it is so important to nurture our minds.

The Goddess Mindset Mission is a 30 day challenge all about cultivating the Goddess Mindset through daily affirmations, actions and attitude. We know you’re busy so we’ve created a simple practice that can be implemented in just a few minutes each day.

Step 1. The Affirmation

Affirmations are a powerful way to cultivate your mind for happiness and success and are the perfect tool for any Goddesses Jewel Kit. Just simply repeat the daily affirmation at least 10 times in succession… And if you can do more, then do more…

Step 2. The Action

Feeling inspired is great but if you want things to happen you’ve gotta take that action, Goddess! Spend at least 5 minutes each day implementing the daily action… And if you can do more, then do more…

Step 3. The Attitude

You can’t have a Goddess Mindset if you don’t acknowledge how you are truly feeling, so this is the time to get really honest with yourself. After you’ve completed steps 1 & 2 take a few minutes to connect with your emotions. A great way of doing this is to simply write it out. Just put pen to paper and let it flow… And if you can do more, then do more…

Bonus Step. The Accountability

Implementing new changes isn’t easy, and because the process is an individual and often lonely one, we can easily find ourselves giving up on our goals. However, when we make ourselves accountable to others, we are far less likely to quit, because we have the support and the motivation we need to succeed. 

So Goddess, why not do the challenge with a friend so that you can keep each other motivated to succeed?


The Challenge

The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 1. Affirmation: I love and accept myself. Action: Make a release list. Write “I let go of the belief that” at the top and then underneath list all of the negative beliefs about yourself that you need to let go of. Read the list out loud and at the end of each point state, “I love and accept myself”.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 2. Affirmation: I am a beautiful Goddess, just the way I am Action: Today, say your daily affirmations in front of a mirror. Look yourself in the eyes and acknowledge your unique beauty. Stay with this process, even if it feels challenging.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 3. Affirmation: I am free... I am me... Action: What are your unique qualities? Write each one down and then give yourself props for being such a badass Goddess.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 4. Affirmation: Gratitude is my attitude Action: Write out a gratitude list containing at least 10 things that you are grateful for. Read the list back to yourself and give thanks for all of the amazing things in your life.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 5. Affirmation: If it doesn’t flow, I let it go... Action: Write a release list of all of the things in your life that you need to let go of. Read each one back and state, “With love and light I release this from my life” and then visualise it disappearing. Make a commitment to yourself that you will let them go.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 6. Affirmation: I surround myself with people who love and support me Action: Make a list of all the people who love and support you and the ways in which they add to your life. Then give thanks for all of the amazing people that you are connected to.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 7. Affirmation: I inhale the good shit.... and exhale the bullshit... Action: Find a quiet place to sit in silence. Focus on your breathing; inhaling and exhaling deeper with every breath. With every inhale imagine breathing in peace, love and abundance and with every exhale imagine breathing out negativity, fear and limitations.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 8. Affirmation: I create healthy boundaries Action: What do you need or want to say no to? Practice saying ‘no’ with confidence and conviction. Bonus points if you can implement this today.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 9. Affirmation: My life is filled with balance & bliss. Action: Look at each facet of your life and list both what you love and what you would like to improve about each one. What can you implement to make each facet shine a bit brighter? The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 10. Affirmation: I nurture & care for myself Action: Make a list of the self-care practices that you would like to implement? Choose at least one to do today.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 11. Affirmation: I radiate love, light & laughter. Action: Make time to laugh today. Laughter really is one of the best medicines for a happy and healthy life. Seek it out from a funny source or reminisce about an encounter from the past that makes you laugh out loud.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 12. Affirmation: I spread joy wherever I go... Action: Do a random act of kindness for someone and add to their joy and happiness.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 13. Affirmation: I live & I learn. Action: Write down some of your biggest challenges. What lessons can you learn from them?
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 14. Affirmation: I am worth my weight in diamonds. Action: Write a list of all your talents and gifts. Acknowledge your true worth and what you offer to this world. Hint: it’s a lot!
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 15. Affirmation: I live in the moment. Action: Take a moment to think about how great life is despite the challenges. What can you do to be fully present today? How can you enjoy each moment?
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 16. Affirmation: I am loved & I am loving. Action: Send a message of appreciation to your loved ones.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 17. Affirmation: I turn my dreams into my reality. Action: What is one step that you can take today towards making your dreams come true?
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 18. Affirmation: I follow my own path. Action: Identify some of the areas where you need to stop seeking approval from others. What does your own path to peace and happiness really look like? Remember, only you know what truly resonates within!
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 19. Affirmation: I allow myself to be happy. Action: Write down the things that make you happy and make a commitment to yourself to do more of them. What can you do today to help fulfil that commitment?
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Affirmation: I surrender all... Action: Where in life are you holding on too tight? What can you do to let go and trust in the process more?
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 21. Affirmation: I am good enough! Action: Pay yourself a compliment today and truly mean it!
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 22. Affirmation: I make a difference in this world. Action: Today, pay someone else a genuine heartfelt compliment and really make their day.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 23. Affirmation: I allow myself to feel. Action: Write a journal prompt on how you feel right now. Put pen to paper and let it all flow out, good or bad and without limits, censorship or judgment.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 24. Affirmation: My thoughts become things… If I believe it, I can achieve it. Action: Spend a few minutes visualising the outcome of your goals. Use all 5 senses to make it feel as real as possible.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 25. Affirmation: I deserve the very best. Action: Take yourself on a date. Treat & indulge yourself in the same way you would love to be treated by your partner or the person of your dreams.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 26. Affirmation: I am safe in my surroundings. Action: Create a sacred space just for yourself, or spend some time out in nature. Bonus points if you do both!
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 27. Affirmation: I let go of comparisons. Action: Identify where you negatively compare yourself to others. For every positive attribute you assign to someone else, write out one for yourself.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 28. Affirmation: I celebrate myself. Action: What amazing things have you achieved, big or small? Do something today to celebrate your wins.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 29. Affirmation: I create my own destiny. Action: Do something today that your future self would thank you for. Take a risk and step or leap outside of your comfort zone.
The 30 Day Goddess Mindset Mission. Day 30. Affirmation: I am one with the universe Action: Send out love & light into the universe. Visualise peace and happiness onto others and then imagine it coming back towards you.
