We hope you love your Zorluna purchases, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the products or services you have received we can usually offer a refund or exchange. Please see below for our returns terms and conditions:
Jewellery
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that they have not been worn and are received back in the same condition as they were sent. Original postage costs and any fees incurred by PayPal that are not refundable will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

The JEWEL Membership
You may cancel your monthly membership subscription at any time via your membership account page.
You will continue to have access to all of the membership features until the current membership period has expired.
If you are unhappy with the Service we offer a 14 day refund period for all new members.
If you wish to request a refund please cancel your membership straight away via your account page and then email us at info@zorluna.com. Once a refund has been processed you will immediately lose access to all of the membership features.
Our 14 day money back guarantee cannot be used more than once and is only valid during your first subscription.
