Learning to give ourselves permission is an important part of creating a life that we love. And affirmations are a great tool to help us do just that.
So we decided to create a printable deck of 81 affirmation cards to inspire you to give yourself permission in every facet of your life. All you have to do is print the PDF onto white card and then cut each card out. To get sent your free copy just click here.

Whether you decide to pull a card at random or consciously choose an affirmation that speaks to you, there are many ways you can use your deck. Here are a few of our favourites.
1. Daily affirmations
Use them as part of your daily affirmation ritual. Pull or choose a card and repeat the affirmation at least 10 times. Put the card somewhere you can see it throughout the day so you can be reminded of its message. And of course repeat the affirmation whenever you feel called to.
2. Do a daily pull
Use them as oracle cards. Take 3 deep breaths in and out and then begin to shuffle the deck. As you shuffle, ask yourself, ‘what do I need to give myself permission for right now?’ When you feel ready, stop shuffling and pull a card from the deck.
3. Journal with them
Using affirmations to journal is a great way to explore and expand on a personal level. Again, you can pull a card randomly or choose one more specifically. Think about what the affirmation means to you. What feelings does it bring up? What strengths or struggles do you have with its message? What would it mean to really embody the affirmation?
4. Add them to your vision board
Vision boards are another great tool in helping us create a life that we love. The more we can visualise something, the easier it is for us to take the steps to make it happen. Think about some of your biggest goals and intentions and choose a card or cards from the deck that most represent this.
5. Display them as artwork
We designed the permission affirmations as a deck of individual cards, however, they also look good as A4 prints. Once you have the file you can download it as many times as you for your own personal use.
