The Jewel of Life 10 Day Challenge

The Jewel of Life is our unique self-growth system that is designed to help you create more balance, bliss and brilliance within every facet of your life. To help you get started we’ve created a free challenge that will take you on a 10-day journey of self-exploration and expansion.

We know you are busy, so the challenge has been created around a simple yet powerful daily ritual that includes; alignment, affirmation, action and attitude.


Step 1. ALIGNMENT

Starting each day off with a positive outlook is a great way to achieve success, so we’ll begin by getting grounded and centred. 

Step 2. AFFIRMATION

It’s important to keep the momentum going throughout the day so we’ve also created a daily positive affirmation for each facet to help you stay focussed and aligned.

Step 3. ACTION

The only way to achieve success is to take aligned action, so each day we will set ourselves a personal goal to accomplish, that will help us achieve more balance, bliss and brilliance.

Step 4. ATTITUDE

Checking in with ourselves is a great way so we will be ending each day by reflecting on how we are feeling and any experiences we had. 

Bonus step: ACCOUNTABILITY

Implementing new changes isn’t always easy, and to be honest can sometimes feel a bit lonely. Why not take the challenge with a friend so that you can motivate and support each other along the way? The Challenge

The aim of this challenge is to help you get started with our Jewel of Life system, so that you can begin to make every facet of your life shine a little brighter.  

Day 1: The Facet Audit

Day 1 is all about evaluating each area of our lives by doing a facet audit.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, think about why you started this challenge and what you want from it.

2. Your daily affirmation is:  “I am a powerful creator and I am creating the life of my dreams”. Repeat throughout the day.

3. There are 9 key facets in the Jewel of Life system, which are:

Spirit & Soul, Love & Romance, Money & Finance, Health & Wellbeing, Friends & Family, Fun & Recreation, Career & Business, Environment & Surroundings and Attitude & Gratitude.

For each facet answer the following questions:

  • How would you currently rate this facet? (Dull, bright or brilliant)
  • How do you feel when you think about this facet?
  • What do you want from this facet and why?
  • What can you do to make this facet shine more brilliantly?

4. How do you feel after the first day of the challenge?


Day 2: The Facet of Spirit & Soul

Day 2 is all about exploring the facet of Spirit & Soul, which is all about self-acceptance and honouring our true authentic selves. 

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Spirit & soul. 

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I love and accept myself”

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-acceptance can help you.

4. How do you feel at the end of day 2?


Day 3: The Facet of Love & Romance

Day 3 is all about exploring the facet of Love & Romance, which is all about self-love and our romantic partnerships.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Love & Romance.

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I love myself unconditionally”

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-love can help you.

4. How do you feel at the end of day 3?


Day 4: The Facet of Money & Finance

Day 4 is all about exploring the facet of Money & Finance, which is all about self-worth and abundance.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Money & Finance.

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I am worthy of an abundant and blessed life”

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-worth can help you.

4. How do you feel at the end of day 4?


Day 5: The Facet of Health & Wellbeing

Day 5 is all about exploring the facet of Health & Wellbeing, which is all about self-care and holistic wellness.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Health & Wellbeing.

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I am cultivating a healthy mind, body and spirit”

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-care can help you.

4. How do you feel at the end of day 5?


Day 6: The Facet of Family & Friends

Day 6 is all about exploring the facet of Family & Friends, which is all about self-respect and cultivating healthy relationships.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Family & Friends.

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I respect myself and I am cultivating happy, healthy relationships” 

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-respect can help you.

4. How do you feel at the end of day 6?


Day 7: The Facet of Fun & Recreation

Day 7 is all about exploring the facet of Fun & Recreation, which is all about self-motivation and joy.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Fun & Recreation.

2. Your daily affirmation is “I deserve a life of fun and fulfilment”

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-motivation can help you.

4. How do you feel at the end of day 7?


Day 8: The Facet of Career & Business

Day 8 is all about exploring the facet of Career & Business, which is all about self-development and job satisfaction.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Career & Business.

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I am cultivating job satisfaction & success”

4. How do you feel at the end of day 8?


Day 9: The Facet of Environment & Surroundings

Day 9 is all about exploring the facet of Environment & Surroundings, which is all about self-preservation and creating harmony in our physical spaces.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Environment & Surroundings.

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I am safe in my surroundings”

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-preservation can help you.

4. How do you feel at the end of day 9?


Day 10: The Facet of Attitude & Gratitude

Day 10 is all about exploring the facet of Attitude & Gratitude, which is about self-awareness and cultivating a positive and supportive mindset.

1. If you are able to, stand firmly with your feet on the ground and place your hands on your heart chakra (located at the centre of the chest, parallel to the heart). Begin to inhale and exhale deeply 3 times. As you continue to breathe, begin to visualise what you want from the facet of Attitude & Gratitude.

2. Your daily affirmation is: “I am cultivating a Goddess Mindset”

3. What action can you take today (big or small) to help this facet shine brighter? Think about how the core lesson of self-awareness
