Because of its connection to Valentine’s Day, February is often thought of as the month of love. For some this can be an exciting time and a wonderful reminder of the love that surrounds them. For others, it can trigger a feeling of loneliness or even isolation.
Today’s playlist was created with two intentions in mind. Firstly, to remind you that you are loved, you are worthy and that you are never alone. And secondly, to inspire you to reach out and remind others that they too are loved, are worthy and are also never alone.
