2. Charge your crystals under the Full Moon

3. Try co-working sessions
A co-working session is where people come together in a shared space to work on their own individual tasks and projects. They can be done either in-person or online and offer a way for people who don’t have a traditional office set-up to feel less isolated throughout the work day.
4. Journal prompt: What does it really mean to find balance, bliss and brilliance in the facet of Health & Wellbeing?
The facet of Health & Wellbeing is all about self-care and holistic wellness. Take time this month to journal and explore what it means to create harmony, happiness and fulfilment within this area of life.
5. Work with Black Tourmaline
Black Tourmaline is a grounding root chakra stone that helps to protect the energy field from low vibrating energies or entities such as psychic attack or bad mindedness. This is a great stone to work with if you are struggling with feelings of fear, anger or negativity as it helps to purify or transmute them into something more supportive. It is also very beneficial for those whose spiritual practice involves psychic development work and are more open to experiencing external energies.
6. Affirmation: “I give myself permission to honour my mind, body and spirit equally”
Spend a few minutes each day repeating the affirmation to yourself. As you say the words, notice any thoughts or feelings that come up for you. Become aware of how they make you feel in your mind, body and spirit. Allow yourself to explore how it feels and what it really means to give yourself permission to honour your mind, body and spirit equally.

7. Create an inspirational playlist
Music helps us to transcend our reality and so creating an inspirational playlist is a great way to raise our vibration and therefore our levels of joy and motivation. There are so many platforms you can use to create your playlist on, all with access to thousands of amazing songs to add. 8. Get out in nature
Spending time in nature can be amazing for our health. Not only does it get the body moving but it helps reduce our anxiety and stress. Nature is so healing so make time this month go out and explore your local area.
9. Track your daily brilliance levels
Life can be hectic with little time to stop and reflect, so it’s important to make time each day to consciously check in with yourself and how you are feeling. Our Brilliance Level Scale is a great way to identify whether you are feeling dull, bright or brilliant. Track each day this month to get a clearer idea of where you are currently at.
