Astro Jewels Weekly Horoscope: 12th June 2023 – 18th June 2023

Welcome to your weekly horoscope, [GoddessName]. We start the week off under the influence of the fiery Aries Moon. Although we are in the waning stage of the current lunar cycle, you may still have the urge to initiate something new.

With the Moonโ€™s sextile to Mercury in Gemini in the mix, your mind could be working overtime, generating new ideas and insight. Instead of starting a new project, your energy is best put towards finding new ways to ignite fresh energy into an existing one.

Enthusiasm could quickly turn into irritation if it feels like things arenโ€™t moving fast enough. But acting on every impulse will not stop your restlessness, [GoddessName], so you need to find a way to channel your excess energy. Do something that allows you to get into your body, so you are not so up in your head.

The energy slows down again on the 13th of June when the Moon enters Taurus. If you are still experiencing restlessness, make sure you get out in nature or do something that connects you to the earth.

The following day, the Moon starts her balsamic phase of her journey, urging us to rest and recuperate before the new cycle begins. During this phase, make time for some serious self-care, especially the type that helps you to nurture your physical vessel. Rush less, sleep more, eat well and if you can, indulge in some treatments that nourish the body, such as a massage, facial, even a relaxing hot bath.

This phase is also about letting go of what we no longer need. However, this could prove to be challenging in the fixed sign of Taurus, as we tend to want to hold onto things, just in case. We can find a sense of security even in the things that we know are no good for us, because itโ€™s what we know, right, [GoddessName]!

Focus first on letting go of tension. You can do this simply by taking care of your body. Remember, [GoddessName], when we feel safe in our bodies, we feel safe in the world.

Once the Moon enters Gemini on the 16th of June, you may find yourself back in your head again and wanting to do all the things. This is a good time to connect with friends and family.

Especially on the 17th when Mercury sextiles Venus, making us want to hang out and chat with our nearest and dearest.

Later on that day, Saturn will turn retrograde for the first time since entering Pisces back in March. You may notice a sudden shift in your energy that has a serious feel to it. You may even come up against something that requires you to take more responsibility in some way.

Saturn in Pisces can feel like a conflicting placement for most of us. Where Saturn teaches us the power to be found in creating structure, Pisces shows us the beauty in being boundless. In life, discernment is what gives things meaning, but we can only practice discernment through the process of limitation. However, in order to discern, we first need the space to explore the options.

Whatever your Saturn in Pisces story is so far, it will continue to unfold throughout the retrograde period, giving you the opportunity to look at how you can recreate a structure that meets both of these requirements.

On Sunday the 18th we have a New Moon in the sign of Gemini, marking the start of a brand new lunar cycle. The New Moon phase is usually a great time to connect with our true needs and desires and set intentions that enable us to create emotional fulfilment.

In the sign of Gemini, we are likely to be more focussed on things concerning our communications, our connections to others, and diversifying our mental and intellectual pursuits and potential.

This is a time to get clear about what you want from these aspects of your life. However, as both the Sun and Moon will be forming a square to Neptune in Pisces at the time, it may take some work to figure this out. Neptune has a way of clouding our judgement and there could be some confusion distinguishing whether your needs and desires are actually yours, or whether you have absorbed them from people around you.

In true Gemini style, stay curious, commit to learning the facts and youโ€™ll eventually connect the dots!

The week closes out with the Moon entering her home sign of Cancer. You may find that yourself and others are feeling a lot more emotional at this time. Itโ€™s ok if you need to retreat from the world, [GoddessName]. Focus on whatever makes you feel safe.

With Love
