The Check-In is an invitation to pause and come back to yourself.

In the fast pace of everyday life, itโ€™s easy to keep moving without noticing how youโ€™re actually feeling, what you truly need, or where your energy is being pulled. The Check-In creates a moment of awareness and a space to gently observe your inner world, so you can respond with intention rather than acting on autopilot.

This process can be used daily, weekly, monthly, or whenever you feel off-centre or in need of clarity. There is no right frequency, only what feels supportive for you.


The Check-In Checklist

A simple framework for self-awareness and realignment

Begin by answering the following questions with honesty and compassion. There are no โ€œrightโ€ answers, only information that provides valuable insight to your truth.

1. How am I feeling right now?
Dull ยท Bright ยท Brilliant
Notice where your energy, fulfilment, or sense of alignment currently sits. This isnโ€™t a judgement, itโ€™s a snapshot.

2. Where am I experiencing flow and fulfilment?
What feels supportive, nourishing, or easeful right now?
Where does energy move more freely?

3. Where am I experiencing difficulty or discontentment?
What feels heavy, draining, frustrating, or out of alignment?
What might be asking for attention or care?

4. How can I create more balance, bliss, and brilliance?
What is one gentle adjustment, shift in focus, or supportive action that could help right now?
Small, intentional steps are enough.


Choose a Facet

After completing the Check-In, you may notice that a particular area of life feels highlighted.

The Jewel of Life is made up of 12 facets, each representing a different aspect of lived experience. Each facet offers a dedicated space to pause, begin with simple rituals, and explore reflections and resources for that area of life.

You might feel drawn to a facet because it feels:

โ€“ Out of balance
โ€“ Alive or expansive
โ€“ Repetitive in your reflections
โ€“ Quietly uncomfortable or asking for care

There is no correct order. Trust what draws your attention, every facet is a meaningful place to begin.


A Loving Reminder

The Check-In is not about fixing yourself. Itโ€™s about listening, responding with care and choosing alignment over pressure.

You are allowed to move slowly.
You are allowed to change direction.
You are allowed to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Come back to this process whenever you need. Your inner world is always worth checking in with.
