Where do I resist rest and where do I relish it?
Rest is something we all need, yet many of us feel a sense of guilt and shame around taking time out to recuperate. Today’s prompt is about exploring our relationship with rest so that we can start to take a more healthier approach to it. One that helps us to relish our relaxation time instead of resisting it.
