What truly brings me joy in life?
Joy and happiness is something we all deserve and even though life has its ups and downs the ultimate aim for all of us is to experience as much of it as possible. However, what brings us joy and happiness will be unique to each of us at any given time.
Think back to some of your past experiences where you experienced true joy and happiness. Identify what you were doing, where you were, who you were with and what it was about these experiences that created those feelings of bliss.
Journalling is a personal process, but we’d love to hear any insights or ideas that come up for you, that you’d be willing to share.
